So I have had 2 non emergency issues in 2 years of living here and the response time is mind blowing for getting them fixed. Quality of work is a 10+. Thank you maintenance team you make it look easy.

The Apartments are amazing maintenance is wonderful Martine.. management is excellent Kim is great as well which would have been a five but due to dog dropping being on stairs, grass, sidewalk, playground, parking area, bus stop area, mail box, next to walk way entering apartments you can smell it at times when you open your window for fresh air. It’s a big no no it’s a dogs personal toilet around here. One of my kids got a knife pulled on him have been called a N word by a grown adult and cops are called seems to be constantly.. car have been broken into twice with car door left open and bombing took place here in someone’s car.

I wouldn’t bother with this place. It doesn’t matter what time in the day you try to call, they don’t answer their phone.

I stopped by to see if they had any 1 bed 1 bathroom available immediately and they didn't have any. But I was so impressed with Kim's friendly, kind and caring attitude. She made us feel valued.

They compassionate and caring and would refer anyone to live here. The work out room is extensive the staff is a delight to work with.

I’ve lived here around a year and Kim in the office is an absolutely wonderful person trying hard to do her job. The maintenance guys are absolutely sweet and fast when you call for a repair. Everyone that lives here seems to be pretty quiet and it’s a very nice place. I only wish the few people that allow their dogs to run off leash would at least get up and take care of their business with their dogs. No one can blame management they are absolutely doing their best! It’s the people that have no respect for where they live or for others around them. Bottom line if you can’t clean up after your dogs or have no control over them then don’t have a dog! This place is nice all and all I give it 5 stars.
