Management is always on the ball at this property. Maintenance here is the quickest and cleanest I've encountered in my many years as a renter. Rent is a little high in my opinion, but they stay well within fair market unlike a lot of other places. The amenities make up for that! The property is almost always clean from animal excrement and trash. This place rocks!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Eagle Pointe Apartments. The entire team, from management to maintenance, truly treats you like family. Martin and his maintenance crew are always friendly, responsive, and handle every request with honesty and integrity. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of promptly. Cynda and her team are equally fantastic—friendly, caring, and always a pleasure to work with. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a community where you'll feel valued and well taken care of.

Welcoming and pleasant community; have not gotten to know all the neighbors well yet at the time of writing this review, but they have been polite and friendly thus far. The staff is amiable, professional, and some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with; punctual and communicative, always looking how to best serve and help their customers and residents. Floor plan and amenities are good, very minor maintenance issues such as an outside closet door not currently latching correctly.

I appreciate how hard the management/maintenance teams work to insure we have a clean, peaceful and friendly home environment. It's not easy managing a large complex and one can always find a complaint but I much more often find reasons to feel grateful for these hard working, friendly and encouraging management teams. We are lucky to have them here at Eagle Point in the Valley.

The management we have NOW is phenomenal. These ladies have put in a lot of work to clean up this community and I greatly appreciate this! The maintenance here is on the ball. And even though the area isn't the best they keep our property clean. They respond to requests quickly and never have an attitude about fixing things. If we can vote for best property maintenance team somewhere let me know!

The staff is amazing and so welcoming!! After some bad experiences with other apartments in the Valley not willing to work with my credit score issues, accepting section 8, and my homeless status my hope of ever finding my own place again was running out. From the moment they answered my call to see if any openings yet they treated me with respect, kindness and care. The move in process was quick and no issues. Thank you so much Eagle Point Staff for everything you did to help me have a home again.

I would have to say that the management at Eagle Pointe apartments are the best. They are very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if looking for a new apartment. With the move in special I received is a huge plus. Beautiful apartments inside and out. There is even a full size basketball court and a playground for children. Definitely family oriented environment. 10 stars

The new management is AMAZING! I rented from Eagle Point almost 7 years ago...when ran by a different management company. To my surprise, almost 7 years later, they said I still owed. I called, spoke to CYNDA (she's a rockstar)! She explained they had just taken over and she would find out what she could. She was kind, concerned, and reached to the BOTTOM of what was going on. Took her 2 days but she did not give up! She learned I in fact, did NOT owe the old management company nor apartment complex. Cynda went out of her way to help me rectify that situation, and during a time that was very stressful for me, she helped ease my concerns until she figured it out. Thank you again, and with this new management, I know Eagle pointe will shine again!!!

I’ve lived here around a year and Kim in the office is an absolutely wonderful person trying hard to do her job. The maintenance guys are absolutely sweet and fast when you call for a repair. Everyone that lives here seems to be pretty quiet and it’s a very nice place. I only wish the few people that allow their dogs to run off leash would at least get up and take care of their business with their dogs. No one can blame management they are absolutely doing their best! It’s the people that have no respect for where they live or for others around them. Bottom line if you can’t clean up after your dogs or have no control over them then don’t have a dog! This place is nice all and all I give it 5 stars.

My wife and I just moved here, and we love it. Kim and Brandi were there constantly breaking their backs to help us out and get us in to our apartment. The amount of care that these people put forward is incredible. Martin and James, the on-site repairmen are also absolutely amazing. They will respond instantly to any problem you happen to have. I can definitely recommend Eagle Pointe.
