Cynda is exceptional! Provided excellent customer service, clear understanding regarding the leasing process; along with covering all rules and expectation of the tenants. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Maintance staff did a wonderful job preparing the unit. Would highly recommended Eagle Pointe Apartments!

Management is always on the ball at this property. Maintenance here is the quickest and cleanest I've encountered in my many years as a renter. Rent is a little high in my opinion, but they stay well within fair market unlike a lot of other places. The amenities make up for that! The property is almost always clean from animal excrement and trash. This place rocks!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Eagle Pointe Apartments. The entire team, from management to maintenance, truly treats you like family. Martin and his maintenance crew are always friendly, responsive, and handle every request with honesty and integrity. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of promptly. Cynda and her team are equally fantastic—friendly, caring, and always a pleasure to work with. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a community where you'll feel valued and well taken care of.
