The mangers are the nicest people and so fun to talk to

Management is always on the ball at this property. Maintenance here is the quickest and cleanest I've encountered in my many years as a renter. Rent is a little high in my opinion, but they stay well within fair market unlike a lot of other places. The amenities make up for that! The property is almost always clean from animal excrement and trash. This place rocks!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Eagle Pointe Apartments. The entire team, from management to maintenance, truly treats you like family. Martin and his maintenance crew are always friendly, responsive, and handle every request with honesty and integrity. They go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of promptly. Cynda and her team are equally fantastic—friendly, caring, and always a pleasure to work with. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the residents. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe Apartments to anyone looking for a community where you'll feel valued and well taken care of.

I appreciate how hard the management/maintenance teams work to insure we have a clean, peaceful and friendly home environment. It's not easy managing a large complex and one can always find a complaint but I much more often find reasons to feel grateful for these hard working, friendly and encouraging management teams. We are lucky to have them here at Eagle Point in the Valley.

The management we have NOW is phenomenal. These ladies have put in a lot of work to clean up this community and I greatly appreciate this! The maintenance here is on the ball. And even though the area isn't the best they keep our property clean. They respond to requests quickly and never have an attitude about fixing things. If we can vote for best property maintenance team somewhere let me know!

Eagle Pointe is a pricey alternative to engage in a new enterprise. A peaceful place to live with good direction.

The staff is amazing and so welcoming!! After some bad experiences with other apartments in the Valley not willing to work with my credit score issues, accepting section 8, and my homeless status my hope of ever finding my own place again was running out. From the moment they answered my call to see if any openings yet they treated me with respect, kindness and care. The move in process was quick and no issues. Thank you so much Eagle Point Staff for everything you did to help me have a home again.

I would have to say that the management at Eagle Pointe apartments are the best. They are very informative and helpful. I definitely recommend this place if looking for a new apartment. With the move in special I received is a huge plus. Beautiful apartments inside and out. There is even a full size basketball court and a playground for children. Definitely family oriented environment. 10 stars

I lived here for 5 years. You got to hand it to new management team trying to clean up the place. The management is always good to talk to. The Maintenance people are always cleaning. So thank you again.

Very friendly and efficient

Yesterday Martin and James came to fix some things in our apartment. The screen to our patio. Some plugs, a shelf and a light switch in the restroom. Thank you Martin and James. You guys are awesome!

Absolutely love the manager here have had her before at another complex. Best manager ever.

Management was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Krissy quickly responded to my emails and kept me informed along the way. I was not expecting to get in until next week but she knew my situation and worked hard to get me in quickly.

If you need a fresh start from a bad financial situation or anything at all I highly recommend these apartments, Krissy helped us in a rush and was able to get us approved fairly quickly, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Krissy in the leasing office has been a great help assisting our family with getting an apartment at Eagle Pointe. She has been very patient and considerate of our needs and has gone above and beyond the expected level of service. We are really impressed with Eagle Pointe and Krissy.

The new management is AMAZING! I rented from Eagle Point almost 7 years ago...when ran by a different management company. To my surprise, almost 7 years later, they said I still owed. I called, spoke to CYNDA (she's a rockstar)! She explained they had just taken over and she would find out what she could. She was kind, concerned, and reached to the BOTTOM of what was going on. Took her 2 days but she did not give up! She learned I in fact, did NOT owe the old management company nor apartment complex. Cynda went out of her way to help me rectify that situation, and during a time that was very stressful for me, she helped ease my concerns until she figured it out. Thank you again, and with this new management, I know Eagle pointe will shine again!!!

Eagle Pionte Apartments is soo on pionte. Period! The staff is super amazing as well as very efficient. Thank you soo much. I appreciate the fact of how effective you have been.

So I have had 2 non emergency issues in 2 years of living here and the response time is mind blowing for getting them fixed. Quality of work is a 10+. Thank you maintenance team you make it look easy.

Martin and James , always get things done quickly and make us feel right at home, love seeing thing around the complex always so friendly. They are great.

I stopped by to see if they had any 1 bed 1 bathroom available immediately and they didn't have any. But I was so impressed with Kim's friendly, kind and caring attitude. She made us feel valued.

They compassionate and caring and would refer anyone to live here. The work out room is extensive the staff is a delight to work with.

The maintenance guys are always helpful and always willing to go over and above in. They were great at fixing my wash machine and just a great bunch of guys. I so appreciate everything you do.
