Terrible I have lived here for not even a month and already the experience is absolutely terrible. The complex is full of Tweakers , I caught someone smoking crack on an electrical box outside my building. Also the management is absolutely absurd. They speak so unprofessionally, and are of ZERO help when it comes to complaints. I’ve had a bunch of tweakers live under me and threaten me and my family over a PARKING SPOT. I’ve had to make multiple police reports in my short time living here.

Yesterday Martin and James came to fix some things in our apartment. The screen to our patio. Some plugs, a shelf and a light switch in the restroom. Thank you Martin and James. You guys are awesome!

Management was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. Krissy quickly responded to my emails and kept me informed along the way. I was not expecting to get in until next week but she knew my situation and worked hard to get me in quickly.

If you need a fresh start from a bad financial situation or anything at all I highly recommend these apartments, Krissy helped us in a rush and was able to get us approved fairly quickly, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Krissy in the leasing office has been a great help assisting our family with getting an apartment at Eagle Pointe. She has been very patient and considerate of our needs and has gone above and beyond the expected level of service. We are really impressed with Eagle Pointe and Krissy.
