Stay as far away from this Apartment Complex as possible!! Current tenant of almost 2 years. Nothing put problems, loud tenants, and major parking issues. I have witness lots of drug action and Iâm not talking about pot.The office staff was amazing out first. But now are AMC puppets. Watch out for all their stairs. So many cracks in concrete steps. I know because on crumbled as I stepped on it, and I fell. And then it took them 3 months to fix another cracked step on my stairwell up to apartment. Was told by maintenance to â go look at all the rest of the steps in the complex there were a lot that were worse than mineâ.
Think twice before moving here
The staff is amazing and so welcoming!! After some bad experiences with other apartments in the Valley not willing to work with my credit score issues, accepting section 8, and my homeless status my hope of ever finding my own place again was running out. From the moment they answered my call to see if any openings yet they treated me with respect, kindness and care. The move in process was quick and no issues. Thank you so much Eagle Point Staff for everything you did to help me have a home again.
