In the reviews for these apartments to gain tenants they have dishwasher. I complained that I can’t use it because the closing cape is broken. The dishwasher is old I place a request for it before which I thought I would get a new one but it was “fixed” and now there’s another issue. The doors fall down for closet areas my son got hit on his head due to the closet falling down. Which happened to all the doors they fell down so much I had to get them all removed for safety and because it was damaging the walls. The water heater flooded all my floors and my carpet is now discolored and no longer to walk on. I don’t allow shoes on my carpet they are piled at my door to keep my floor clean. Due to me being in a domestic violence situation and going through depression I lost my job and was behind on rent. They told me they will not replace the molded disgusting carpet due to me not paying “the late fees” my rent is paid up. Mind you this is for low income families. My carpet is discussing to walk on and the floor under had to be nasty for my carpet that was so new and well kept to look as it does and feel hard and crunchy now. It was literally 4 to 5 inches of water throughout my house and the woman under me moved out. Not just because the water flooding but my toilet would flood and leak in her house. My toilet don’t act up as much but there is always a drain problem.. or mold.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 out of 5 stars Eagle Pointe Apartments has some good qualities, but there are a few things that bring the experience down. The location is convenient and the community has potential, but the cleanliness around the property is not always up to standard. Common areas and walkways could use more frequent attention to keep the place looking maintained. Another thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of kids in the area, which can make the community a bit louder and more active, especially during afternoons and weekends. This may be fine for some residents, but others might find it less peaceful than expected. Overall, Eagle Pointe offers decent living, but improvements in cleanliness and noise levels would make it a much better place to call home.

They don’t do anything about noise complaints, or any complaints for that matter outside of maintenance. Hoodlums run the whole back side of the complex, the neighbor above me is a drunk driver who drops dumbbells on the floor all night. Live here if you’re deaf and have no standards.

Management is always on the ball at this property. Maintenance here is the quickest and cleanest I've encountered in my many years as a renter. Rent is a little high in my opinion, but they stay well within fair market unlike a lot of other places. The amenities make up for that! The property is almost always clean from animal excrement and trash. This place rocks!
